Immigration to Europe (Latvia) as an investor in the share capital of the company at least EUR 50 000 and paid EUR 10’000 to the state budget for the first time when receiving the residence permit.  These companies shall henceforth pay at least 3300€ per month and 40 000€ per year in taxes to the state and municipal budgets.

The immigration to Europe (Latvia) ensures that temporary residence permit in EU will be issued to the investor in the company and owner’s spouse and minor children. Maximum  10 foreigners will have the rights  to receive a residence permit in EU upon investing in the company, in case each of them has invested in the company and paid at least 10 000€  in the state budget.

In both above-mentioned cases, the residence permit in Latvia will be issued for a period of 5 years. After 5 years when temporary residence permit in Latvia will be prolonged 5000€ shall be paid into the state budget. No local stay required but the person once a year need to register with the Immigration department.
